|2011-09-05 19:47:52 Jon Smetana - International Law Attorney Needed.Fortunately, the people reading Acharya's Freethought Nation are being informed of the massive influx of Muslims into Russia. This is also happening in other European countries. These articles are telling us that it is happening. But the articles aren't telling us (why) it is happening and how it can be stopped.
The reason/s (why) there's a massive migration of Muslims into Russia and other European countries can only be explained by (lawyers) who specialize in International Law and the politics of Europe. So far I haven't seen one article on any standard website written by an International Law (attorney) explaining the laws governing the European countries that are allowing this influx of Muslims into Europe. Where are the lawyers? Have they all been threatened to keep their mouths shut?
I don't want to hear explanations of the laws of Europe from politicians because politicians weave facts with rhetoric that is beneficial to their own agendas. I want answers from lawyers who aren't politicians.
I wish an International Law Attorney could be introduced to this Freethought Nation site because only a lawyer could explain (why) the massive Muslim influx is happening, who is allowing it to happen, and how it can be stopped.

My questions:
1. Why aren't the political leaders of each country, such as, Vladimir Putin, speaking out (against) the massive flow of Muslims into Europe? Is there some gigantic overriding oligarchic power that is so powerful that it can put a muzzle over the mouths of all European leaders?
2. Is there some wealthy non-political oligarchy that is paying the politicians to keep their mouths shut about this issue?
3. What are the laws of each country that are enabling massive numbers of Muslims to flow so freely into the European countries?
4. What are the methods being used by these Muslims to enter the European countries?
5. Are the Muslims entering Europe by simply (walking) from the Middle East over the European borders at (any) point along the borders?
6. Or are there specific points of entry for these Muslims?
7. Are these Muslims entering Europe by driving automobiles over the borders?
8. Are these Muslims entering Europe by airplane into these countries?
9. Are these Muslims entering Europe arriving by train into these countries?
10. Are there special agencies that are somehow transporting the Muslims from the Middle East to Europe?
11. When a Muslim enters a European country, does each Muslim register at their point of entry as people did, and maybe still do, at Ellis Island when they enter/ed the USA. Or, are those Muslims just flowing into Europe illegally like the Mexicans are now flowing illegally over the southern border of the USA?
12. Has each European country, by way of its own laws, (permitted) these Muslims to enter their countries? Or, is their some other set of laws that (override) the laws of the each separate European country that is enabling the massive Muslim migration into Europe?
13. What are those laws?
14. Who wrote the laws?
15. Are they United Nations laws?
16. Can these laws be repealed? If yes, how?
17. Can the military of each European country expel these Muslims? If not, why not?
18. If these Muslims are entering illegally, why isn't, and why can't, the military of each county stop their entry? If not, why not?
An article by an attorney who specializes in International Law is needed to explain why there is a massive influx of Muslims into Europe.
Only a lawyer can explain if and how that influx can be stopped. Otherwise, our complaints are without remedies.
