I am a beginner, so I have many questions. One is why, according to the Bible, Jesus was born in autumn or spring? Why didn't they, the writers put his birthday simply in December? I mean, if they had in mind the personification of sun?

Thanks
Mihai

Well, that is a bit of a beginners question so I will answer it as such. The only birth of Jesus in the bible I'm aware of is the one involving the wise men bearing three gifts (Orion's belt stars), a bright star in the east (Sirius), a Virgin (Virgo), and a new born God-Man (Sun). Orion's three belt stars are seen rising on the eastern horizon at sundown right on through December. Behind them Sirius which is the brightest star in the sky rises in the east as well, slightly offset but under Orion. After midnight Virgo rises on the eastern horizon and eventually the sun rises in the east as well. Now this is the procession of stars across the ecliptic on the most important day in the ancient world for the sun. The night of Christmas Eve - when we celebrate Christs birth - marks the birth of the new born Sun which will rise in the east behind these other stars and constellations. Start around 2:00 on the u-tube video for a visual illustration of the Christmas Nativity stars:

There are two primary points of interest for the increasing sun however. The first being Christmas which is marked symbolically by the nativity scene, and then secondly the spring equinox which marks the point when the days finally become longer than the nights and the vegatation begins to return to life from the winter. The days start getting longer after Christmas but they are not longer than the nights just yet. The days become longer than the nights after the Spring Equinox. So the two focal points here are the winter solstice and the spring equinox. And so we find traditions placing the birth of Jesus in both the winter and the spring in some cases. That's what it boils down to. Both options are for solar and organic life oriented reasons, not literal historical ones. This is also why Christmas and Easter correspond to one another. That's a basic crash course anyways. If you haven't read any of Ms. Murdock's books you'll find a selection available here at the bottom of the forum. Starting at the beginning with the "The Christ Conspiracy" would be best if you haven't already read it. I'm supposing you haven't read it yet. But in any event, welcome to the forum.

hi mihaita9999

the writers didn't put his birth date because they are under possession of the holy spirit when they are writing the bible.

Yes the holy spirit who came into their body was the responsible of the things written in the bible.

Even the actual writer, i'm telling here is the the one who right not the spirit have no idea why and how they create the bible.

Only God knows every thing.

So then, by the standard laid out above, God intentionally caused the writers to write of Jesus' birth in such a way as to point to the evening at the end of the winter solstice, the mythological birth of the Sun God in the pagan world. And therefore God has inspired the astrotheological struture of the NT writings and designed them to match up to the known pagan motifs of the ancient world, without the writers knowing what they were doing because the holy spirit was guiding their pens. The next conclusion being that God operates in terms of the astrological cycles and wants the bible to express these astrological cycles to the people. Wouldn't that make those pointing out the astrotheology of the Bible those doing God's intended work guided by the holy spirit?
