I am currently working to ensure the calendar is available at Amazon, Borders, Barnes & Noble etc. So just be patient.

:D Thanks, Descartes, for the inspiring enthusiasm!

I promise you will love the fascinating information I have dug up and put together in the astrotheo calendar. It was such an interesting project, and I'm really happy about the results. (Getting this one to bed was a difficult and time-consuming task  )

Although it is for 2010, this calendar contains timeless knowledge from the hoary mists of time.

Hopefully, one of the international sellers will be carrying it shortly.

The 2010 Astrotheology Calendar is now available for international orders at Barnes & Noble -
http://search.barnesandnoble.com/bookse ... 0979963131

From our experience, B&N are always the first to have new material available. So, creating an account there might be something worth checking into. Dealing with international orders is a monumental task for a tiny operation - it's just too much to deal with over 140 countries & their currencies plus, taxes & other additional fees that we're just not used to dealing with. We usually leave all of that to Amazon, B&N etc. Amazon usually takes a couple weeks more to get new Stellar House material up & available than B&N.

Well, it appears that Amazon has now made the calendar available - which was much faster than normal.

So is Barnes & Noble not the best choice for those who order internationally? I was under the understanding that B & N were international - are they not? Would love to hear from our international friends on this.

* We're not sure why the pics of the calendar are always sideways at this point. We'll try to correct that asap.

Great news, I've ordered three astrotheological calendars from Amazon just now. I live in Italy, and I found that Amazon is the most reliable for international shipping. I used it for more than 10 years: they are fast and their customer support is great. They even reshipped to me a lost package once, after only one call, at no additional costs!

Looking forward to the 2011 edition! :D

Historical accuracy recaptured...in a calendar

"History has always been written by the victors. For nearly two thousand years the victors in Western Civilization's war for souls has been Christianity. They have forged artifacts, historicized past events, and rewritten history to suit the needs of those in power and in control of the clergy. The 2010 Astrotheology Calendar takes a significant step in recapturing this lost historical accuracy. So much of the history of Pagan religions, thought destroyed by the attempts of people such as Emperor Theodosius and the violent censuring mobs of Christian zealotry, is once again regained here in this wonderfully informative document.

Each day of each month reveals new celebrations that long predate Christianity and yet were usurped by the social engineering efforts that were so crucial to the Christian myth. For those interested in historical accuracy, and for those simply curious as to the origins of the many holidays that we take for granted today, The 2010 Astrotheology Calendar is a must have.

I absolutely love this calendar!!! "

This is such a great calendar!

Fun to learn that I share my birthday with The Feast of Osiris in Abydos, and my brothers is on the Sailing Forth of Osiris to Abydos.

Thanks for compiling and putting this out there.

Thank you for your kind words!

If you or your family members have an account at Amazon and feel so inclined, please post a nice review there! I'm sure others would appreciate it. :D

Sure :) Typed up a review and published it on amazon (UK), they say it should appear within 48hrs.

5 stars (obviously!) and this is what I wrote :

"More than just a calendar, the 2010 Astrotheology Calendar is packed full of information explaining what astrotheology is, the various elements involved (luminaries, zodiac, etc), and what deities they were associated with throughout the ages by different cultures. A small history behind each month is also offered, providing a nice summary of the major events taking place, supported by footnotes and sources for further reading.
It's fascinating to learn what cultures were celebrating what events on your family members birthdays.
A lovely glossy cover and full page colour pictures accompanying each month tops off a wonderful compilation!"
