This forum is supposed to be for books and movies, but I would like to recommend a couple TV programs.
One of my favourite programs is the
Closer to Truth series shown on the PBS networks. Robert Lawrence Kuhn looks at different viewpoints from science, philosophy, and religion regarding many issues. His personal viewpoint tends toward science, and he usually has very difficult questions for the religious figures he interviews.
