I love that price mentioned the problems with using Clement & Ignatius for pushing the New Testament books to an earlier date, since those may very well be forgeries as well. I tried to make that point in my now defunct New Testament videos. Glad to hear a credentialed scholar stating as much.
Also glad to hear Acharya clarify the deal with Krishna & Mithra "crucified", because some folks are so hardline about that one, I hear it all the time- "NO! If these guys were not nailed to a piece of wood in the shape of a 'T' then there is NO parallel AT ALL and Acharya is 100% WRONG and so anything she says should be immediately dismissed ENTIRELY!" and so on.
And did either Acharya or Price ever figure out the source that bit about Isis saying something like "where is my lord, where have they taken him" etc.?
I tried googling it to no avail. It does sound familiar in a generic sense. It's buggin me now & I really wish I could find out where this comes from, whether genuine or not.
Did not necessarily have to be in the shape of a T:
http://christianity.about.com/od/biblef ... nforms.htmThe whole idea is death and resurrection yet I have heard some christians state that they believe the bone box (James Ossuary) was jesus remains which little do they realize admitting this constitues that he never rose from the dead.

Absurd. A person can be crucified on a brick wall or any solid structure than will support the weight of the victim does not necessarily have to be a cross. If Acharya's work did not hit home they would not be scurrying so fast back peddling trying to counterattack. No I think she has nailed them to the cross.
